| Can I include personal photos on my t-shirts? |
| Photos may be included on all Pride of Service custom shirts and gifts. They may be emailed to: design@prideofservice.com, or mailed to Pride of Service, PO Box 35034 , Tucson Arizona 85740. Photo quality depends on the original processing, clarity of detail, color and contrast, and age of photo. Digital photos received by email produce best results. |

| Can I custom design shirts or products not having to do with the military? |
| All shirts and products can be custom designed in any manner for any occasion, ie: Birthday, Anniversary, Retirement, Birth, Memorial, Family Reunion, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party, Golf Tournament, Fund Raiser Event, etc. Quantity orders are discounted. Firefighter and Law Enforcement t-shirts and gifts can also be created with your personal history of service. Call us to obtain specific information regarding your requirements. Our design specialists will assist you in creating your graphics. YOU DESIGN IT, WE WILL MAKE IT! |

| Will a quantity order take longer to process and ship? If so, how much longer? |
| Generally, quantity orders do take a bit longer depending on the specific nature of your order, The average additional time would be between 5-7 business days. |

| Does Pride of Service offer gift certificates? |
| Gifts Certificates are available in any amount. We send them to you or directly to the recipient via email or mail. |

| If I choose to have an actual medal included on my shirt instead of a ribbon, can that be done? |
| Medals are avialble at your request. Most commonly, the Purple Heart, Silver Star, and Bronze Star are requested as medals, but any one may be included. |
